That the City Code be, and it is hereby, <br /> amended at Section 10 of Chapter 49 thereof so that said <br /> section as so amended shall provide as follows : <br /> 10 . Not more than the maximum number of licenses <br /> as set out herein shall be issued in each <br /> respective class , either initially or on <br /> renewal, as follows : Class A, 80 ; Class B , <br /> 11; Class C, 11; Class D, no limit ; Class E , 2. <br /> Section 2.
