OP.DINANCE N0. �3 -�f/ <br /> AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATINC THRU STREET <br /> - TAYLOR AVENUE - <br /> BE IT C�R.DAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1. That Tavlor Avenue from Rt. 121 to Mound Road <br /> and from P�ound Road to Arbor Drive is hereby established as a <br /> thru street and ston signs shall be installed at all streets <br /> entering said Taylor Avenue from Rt. 12I to P�ound Road and from <br /> N�ound R.oad to Arbor Drive. <br /> Section 2.
