4� <br /> • �J <br /> N � <br /> ORDINANCE N0. �� � <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY AND <br /> GRANTING SPECIAL PERMITS <br /> -FAIR HAVENS CHRISTIAN HOME- -- <br /> WHE�tEAS , on the 3rd day of t�arch, 1983 , upon due notice, <br /> the �ecatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing <br /> upon the petition of Fair Havens Christian Home, Inc . , to <br /> rezone the following described premises , from R-1 Single <br /> Fanily Residence District to R-6 Multiple Dwelling District , <br /> and also for special permits to enlarge , construct , and <br /> operate thereon a residential care facility and a cluster <br /> of multi-family dwellings as per a residence development <br /> plan, said premises described as set out on Exhibit A <br /> attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof; and, <br /> WHEREAS , said Decatur City Plan Commission has submitted <br /> its report and recommendations to the Council wherein said <br /> Commission did recommend that the prayers of said petition <br /> be granted. - <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1 . That the report and recommendations of the <br /> Jecatur City Plan Commission be received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be , and they <br /> are hereby, rezoned from R-1 Single Family Residence District <br /> to R-6 Multiple Dwelling District. <br /> Section 3 . That a special use permit for the enlarge- <br /> ment and operation of a residence care facility on the <br /> premises aforesaid be , and the same is hereby, approved <br /> and granted to Fair Havens Christian Home , Inc. , provided <br /> that said residence care facility is constructed and operated, <br /> including the total number of rooms and beds , only as shown <br /> on Exhibit B , labelled "Fair Havens Home - Plot Plan" , <br /> attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> Section 4 . That a special use permit be, and it is <br /> hereby, granted to Fair Havens Christian Home , Inc . , to <br /> also develop the premises aforesaid under a Residence <br /> Development Plan in accordance with Exhibit B attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br />
