That Ordinance No. 78-137 as amended by <br /> Ordinance No. 79-05 be , and the same is hereby amended <br /> at Section 1 (g) . thereof so that said Section as so amended <br /> shall provide as follows : <br /> (g) "mortgagor" means a person or persons <br /> who has received a home mortgage on a home and <br /> whose gross aggregate income , as adjusted, together <br /> with the gross aggregate income, as adjusted, of <br /> any co-mortgagor, shall not have been greater than <br /> $55 ,000 for the immediately preceding taxable year. <br /> Section 2.
