That, effective as of March 1, 1982 , the <br /> City Code be, and it is hereby, amended at Sections 14 , <br /> 16 and 19 of Chapter 64 thereof by substituting $30 .00 <br /> in lieu of $15 . 00 wherever said $15 . 00 currently appears <br /> therein. <br /> Section 2 .
