� • . , <br /> ' � ,�fl��,���'������ <br /> �. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. - � I <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> AND GRANTING SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br /> WHEREAS, on the 5th day of November, 1981, upon due notice, <br />, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of Barger Engineering, Inc. for a Special Use Permit under <br /> the provisions of Section XXI (A) of the Zoning Ordinance for the <br /> drilling for and production of oil, and also to amend the R-3 <br /> Residence Development Plan approved by Ordinance No. 5146 and from <br /> time to time amended, said Special Use Permit and Residence <br /> Development Plan amendment to apply to premises described as follows : <br /> The Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; the <br /> East Half of the Southwest Quarter; and the West Half <br /> of the Southeast Quarter, all in Section Twenty-five, <br /> Township Seventeen North, Range Two East of the 3rd P .M. , <br /> except the following described tracts : <br /> A) Beginning at the Southeast corner of the West Half of <br /> the Southeast Quarter of said Section 25; thence West along <br /> the Section line 1836 . 6 feet; thence North parallel to the <br /> East line thereof, 2114 . 5 feet; thence East parallel to <br /> the South line thereof, 1836. 6 feet to the East line of the <br /> West Half of said Southeast Quarter; thence South along _ <br /> the East line of the West Half of said Southeast Quarter, <br /> 2114 . 5 feet to the place of beginning; <br /> B) The North 770 feet of the South 950 feet of the East <br /> 175 feet of the West 812 . 10 feet of the Southeast Quarter <br /> of the Southwest Quarter of Section 25; Township 17 North, <br /> Range 2 East of the 3rd P .M. Situated in Macon County, <br /> Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS , said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its <br /> findings and did recommend that said Special Use Permit and said <br /> Residence Development Plan Amendment be approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
