' � ' . �INICROFlIIN� <br /> ORDINANCE NO .� � <br /> ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT <br /> HUBBARD COMMERCIAL PARK <br /> WHEREAS , a petition has been received from Gino Acciavatti, <br /> the owner of property abutting thereon, requesting vacation of an <br /> easement in the City of Decatur, Illinois, more particularly <br /> described as : <br /> The South 193 .4 feet of the East 10 feet <br /> of Lot 14 of Hubbard Commercial Park as <br /> per Plat recorded in Book 1575 page 142 <br /> of the records in the Recorder ' s Office <br /> of Macon County, Illinois ; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public <br /> hearing upon said petition on April 2 , 1981 and did thereafter <br /> recommend to the Council that the prayer of saic� petition be <br /> granted and said easement be vacated as requested. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAIAIED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1 . That the above described easement be, and <br /> the same is hereby, vacated inasmuch as the same is no longer <br /> required for public use and the public interest will be <br /> subserved by such vacation, said easement being shown on <br /> the plat thereof hereto attached and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED this 20th day of <br /> April, 1981 . <br /> � , <br /> MA OR <br /> ATTEST : <br /> � <br /> TY CLE RK <br />
