�' �°�"ROfILMm <br /> . �rad� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. �b �'/3� <br /> AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING LEFT TURNS <br /> KING AND WATER STREETS <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l . That when signs are erected giving notice thereof, <br /> motor vehicular traffic eastbound on King Street is prohibited <br /> from turning left onto Water Street at the intersection of said <br /> streets. <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who shall <br /> violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon <br /> conviction, be fined not less than One Dollar ($1 . 00) nor more <br /> than Two Hundred Dollars ($200 . 00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3 .
