�1CRO��M� <br /> R N NO O <br /> �5 <br /> 0 DI ANCE . <br /> ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SALARY <br /> CITY MANAGER <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That retroactive to and effective as of <br /> May 1, 1980, and until t''he further order of the Council, the <br /> annual salary for the position of City Manager be, and it is <br /> hereby, established at the sum of $48 , 644.00 . <br /> Section 2 .
