� <br /> � � . �NICR01�„'� <br /> ORDINANCE NO.���cP tD <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS , on the 6th day of December, 1979 , upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of Douglas K. Ellison and others to rezone premises described <br /> as : <br /> Lots Eighteen(18) and Nineteen(19) of Rosedale Allotment <br /> to Decatur, Illinois, as per plat recorded in Book 300 , <br /> Page I6 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon <br /> County, Illinois; <br /> from R-3 STNGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to O-1 OFFICE DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Sect�on 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to O-1 <br /> OFFICE DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That tne Districts hereinabove mentioned are those <br /> districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City <br /> of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and <br /> all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein <br /> set forth sha11 apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4 . That the zoning of said premises as set out herein <br /> shall be shown and verified on the District Zoning Map as in <br /> such Urdinance No. 3512 provided and said Districts be, and they are <br /> hereby, amended and changed as herein set forth. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED this/��,- -day of December, 1979 . <br /> � �,�iL��� <br /> MAYOR <br /> ATTEST: <br /> ��---.. <br /> � <br /> Y CLE <br />
