' + ��� <br /> � ORDINANC NO.-��-��O <br /> SUPPLEMENTAL APPRO RIATIONS FOR FISCAL YEAR <br /> MAY 1, 1979 THR UGH APRIL 30 , 1980 <br /> COMMUNITY DE LOPMENT FUND <br /> WHEREAS, subsequent to he adoption by the council of the <br /> annual appropriation ordinanc for the fiscal year•May 1, 1979 <br /> through April 30 , 1980 , certa'n additional revenue not available <br /> and not then anticipated to b available when said annual <br /> appropriation ordinance was a opted has now been made available <br /> by a Small Cities Discretiona Grant from the Department of <br /> Housing and Urban Development and, <br /> WHEREAS, the aggregate f the additional revenue so made <br /> available or estimated to be eceived by the City subsequent to <br /> the adoption of said annual a propriation ordinance as aforesaid <br /> is in excess of the total amo nt hereinafter appropriated. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT O�2DAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
