That the recbmmendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is �ereby, received, placed on file and approved. I Section 2. That said de�cribed premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-3 SING LEIFAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT.
