i <br /> , '�IICROFILMm <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> � ��- � � <br /> WHEREAS, on the 7th day of June, 1979 , upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of JACK KRENEK to rezone premises described as : <br />' f k Ri i a <br /> Lot 27 o La e dge Subdivis on s per plat <br /> recorded in Book 982 page 18 of the records in <br /> the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois; <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-2 SINGLE FAMILY <br /> RESIDENCE DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Sectian 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City <br /> Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on <br /> file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-2 <br /> SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT; <br /> Section 3 . That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those dist�icts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois , commonly known as the Z.oning Ordinance, <br /> and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements <br /> therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4 .
