Naber and Jacquelyn Nt. Naber request7ng that premises described as : Beginning at a poirt on the Scutn line of the North Half of the Northwest Quart�r of the Southwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of tne 3rd P.Ni. �n Macon County, Illinois ; 385 . 36 feet West of the Southeast corner thereo`; thence Westerly 120 .00 feet along said South Iine; thence North 10° 17 ' East 344. 51 feet to a point 67. 69 feet Southeasterly of the point of curvature on the Southwester?y right-of-way Iine of C.H. No. 31; t:�ence Southeasterly along the afores4id right-o�-way ?ine 134 feet; thence Southwesterly 263. 70 feet to the place of beginning, be annexed to the City of Decatur, Illinois; and, WHEREAS, it is shown by affidavit that said peLition is signed bv ail of the awners of record of said premises and by all of the el�ctors residing tnerein; �nd, h�iEREAS, said territory is contiguous to the City of Decatur, Illinois, and is not a part of anyy City, Village,Incorporated Town, or other municipality; and, WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action on annexation of said territary has been given as provided by statute. NOW, TI?EREFORE, BE IT ORDAII�ED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY QF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the said territory hereinabove described, along with all parts of publ.ic highways therein or next and adjacent thereto, not heretofore annexed, if any, be and the same are hereby, annexed to and are incorporated into the limits of the City of Decatur, Illinois, a muni�ipal corporation. Section 2 . That a plat of said annexed premises is attached hereto and made a part hereof. �
