PERKINS and FRED L. DODSON to rezone premises <br /> described as : <br /> Lots 166 , 167 and 168 of Dodson' s Second Addition as <br /> per Plat recorded in Book 536 page 170 of the records <br /> in the Recorder 's Office of Macon County, Illinois , <br /> from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL <br /> DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS , the Decatur City Plan Cornmission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF � <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan ' <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file ' <br /> and approved. ', <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be , and they are I <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRCT to M-1 LIGHT <br /> INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3 . That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance <br /> and all the provisions , regulations , restrictions and requirements <br /> therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein.
