AN ORDINANCE GRANTING RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN WHEREAS , on the lst day of June, 1978 , upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of the Millikin National Bank of Decatur as Trustee under Trust #2661 for a special permit under the provisions of Section XXI C of the Zoning Ordinance for an R-5 Residence Development on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois , and described as : Part of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 3, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the Third P.M. , Macon County, Illinois, said tracts being more particularly described as follows : Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of said Section 3 , running thence North for 1522 . 56 feet; thence West for 660 . 00 feet; thence South for 299 . 64 feet; thence West 189 . 42 feet; thence South for 709 . 35 feet; thence East for 424 . 75 feet; thence South for 192 . 75 feet; thence East 150 .00 feet; thence South for 320 . 40 feet; thence East for 270 . 80 feet to the point of beginning, containing 22 . 357 acres, more or less; and, WHEREAS , said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that such Residence Development Plan be approved. � NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCTL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILZINOIS: Section 1. That the recommendation and report of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same are hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2 . That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, a special permit be , and it is hereby, granted the Millikin National Bank as Trustee under Trust #2661 to develop the premises aforesaid under an R-5 Residence Bevelopment Plan in accordance with the plat and plans thereof hereto attached, and marked Exhibit "A" and hereby made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein.
