\ <br /> \ <br /> i � �- <br /> , ` � . �tpp11„MD <br /> ORDINAIVCE NO. -7 <br /> AN ORDINANCE GRANTING R-2 RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT PLr'li'�t <br /> - SHORE OAK ADDITION - <br /> WHEREAS , on the 2nd day of March, 1978 , upon due notice, the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition <br /> of Frank C. Tyrolt and Bernard L. Naber for a special permit under <br /> the provisions of Section XXI . C . of the Zoning Ordinance for an R-2 <br /> Residence Development on premises situated in the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois , and described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and hereby <br /> made a part hereof; and, <br /> WHEREAS , said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that such <br /> Residence Development Plan be approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1. That the recommendations and report of the Decatur <br /> City Plan Commission be , and the same are hereby, received, placed <br /> on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That a special permit be , and it is hereby, <br /> granted Frank C. Tyrolt and Bernard L. Naber to develop the premises <br /> aforesaid under an R-2 Residence Development Plan in accordance <br /> with the plat and plans thereof hereto attached, marked Exhibit "B" <br /> and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3 .
