G <br /> . � " <br /> �w,V� <br /> ORDINANCE N0. � �Q d�— � <br /> AN ORDTNANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS, on the 4th day of May, 1978 , upon due notice the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition <br /> of William J. Wappler to rezone premises described as : <br /> The North 66 feet of the East 1/2 of Lot 3 of <br /> Northside Addition of Outlots to Decatur as per <br /> Plat recorded in Book 335 Page 182 of the records <br /> in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois; <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTR3CT to B-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT;and, <br /> WHEREAS , the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the <br /> prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 <br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those <br /> districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, <br /> and all the provisions, regul�tions, restrictions and requirements <br /> therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4.
