' a � ., „� { __ . / .MICROF�j,� ORDINANCE NO. �OI AN ORDINANCE REZONTNG PROPERTY WHEREAS, on the 4th day of May, 1978 , upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Joshu`4 Parker to rezone premises described as : Lots 1-4 inclusive, lots 27 and 28, the South 48 feet four inches of the North 88 feet four inches of Lots 29 and 30 , and the North 40 feet of Lots 29 and 30 , all being in Block 2 of Durfee Warren and Company Second Addition as per plat recorded in Book 50 , page 371 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois; from R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT and B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT; and, WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be granted. NOW, THEREFCIRE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan ', Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file i and approved. �'�, Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby,rezoned from R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT and B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT. Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forkh and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. Section 4 . That the zoning of said premises as set out herein shall b� shown and verified on the District Zoning P�tap as in such Ordinance N�. 3512 provided and said Districts be, and they are hereby, amended and changed as herein set forth.
