' ,y / � �'�� ORDINANCE No. -a o SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING MAY l, 1977 AND ENDING APRIL 30 , 1978 - EDA AND ANTI-RECESSIONAL FUNDS WHEREAS , subsequent to the adoption by the Council of the annual appropriation ordinance for the current fiscal period certain additional revenue not available when said ordinance was adopted and not then anticipated has become and been made available; and, WHEREAS , the aggregate of the additional revenue available or estimated to be received subsequent to the adoption of said annual appropriation ordinance as aforesaid is in excess of the total amount hereby appropriated; and, WHEREAS , said additional revenue is made available from the United States of America acting by and through the Economic Development Administration and the Department of Labor thereof for the uses and purposes specified in the grants of funds by said entities made to th�� City; and, WHEREAS , the funds hereinafter appropriated arise from revenue other than general property taxes . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE I'� CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : i Section 1. That the following sums be , and they are hereby, I appropriated from revenue other than general property taxes for the , purposes aforesaid by the City of Decatur, Illinois for the fiscal , year beginning May l , 1977 and ending April 30 , 1978 .
