�ic�o�uw� <br /> ORDINANCE N0. ' � � <br /> AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING <br /> - GRAND AVENUE - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs or markings are �� <br /> provided giving notice thereof, parking be, a nd it is hereby, � <br /> prohibited at all times on the north side of Grand Avenue for <br /> a distance of 80 feet west of the west right of way line of <br /> North Illinois Street. <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation, who <br /> shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, <br /> upon conviction, be fined not less than One Dollar ($1.00) <br /> nor more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3.
