. � � - <br /> _� <br /> , ,, , ,���pi'1l,Mm <br /> or�z��c� �o. �� � <br /> AN ORDINANCE MAKING THE ANNUAL TAX LEVY <br /> ' FOR THE CITY OF DECATUR FOR THE FISCAL <br /> YEAR 1977 - 1978 <br /> WHEREAS , the Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois, did, <br /> on the llth day of July, 1977, pass the annual appropriation ordinance <br /> for the City of Decatur, for the fiscal year beginning with the lst day <br /> of May, 1977, and ending on the 30t� day of April, 1978 , in the aggre- <br /> gate sum of Thirty-seven Million Ten Thousand Nine Hundred Three Dollars <br /> ($37, 010, 903. 00) , which said ordinance was approved on the llth day of <br /> July, 1977, and published on the 12th day of July, 1977, the objects <br /> and purposes for which the several appropriations were made being shown <br /> by a copy of said Annual Appropriation Ordinance hereto attached and <br /> made a part hereof. <br /> NOW, THEREFOR.�, BE IT ORDAIIvED BY TFiE COUNCIL OF THE CITY QF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That there is hereby levied upon all the taxable <br /> property within the corporate limits of the City of Decatur, IZlinois, <br /> as tne same is taxed and equalized for State and County purposes for <br /> the fiscal year heginning with the lst day of 2�ay 1977, and ending on <br /> the 30th day of April, 1978, the sum of Three Million Two Hundred <br /> Ninety-three Thousand Three Hundred Seve:�ty-six Dollars ($3 , 293, 376 .
