That the City Code of the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois , be , and it is hereby amended at Chapter 49 in <br /> Section 10 thereof by substituting the figure 103 in lieu of the <br /> figure 104 therein, and by substituting the figure 85 in lieu <br /> of the figure 86 therein. <br /> Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby <br /> authorized to cause the amendatory provisions to be appropriately <br /> reflected in said Code . <br /> Section 3.
