1�I4CROFlLM� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. � / 7 S— <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS, on the 7th day of October, 1976, after notice as <br /> required by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission <br /> held a public hearing upon the petition of WILLIAM K. WEAVER, <br /> RUTH E. WEAVER, and RICHARD E. CHAMBLIN to rezone premises <br /> described as : <br /> Commencing at the Northeast Corner of the Southeast <br /> Quarter of Section 3, Township 16 North, Range 2 <br /> East of the 3rd P.M. , thence West 223 feet; thence <br /> South 100 feet, thence East 223 feet, thence North <br /> 100 feet to the place of beginning, in Macon County, <br /> Illinois ; <br /> from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to 0-1 OFFICE DISTRICT. <br /> WHEREAS , the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City <br /> Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on <br /> file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to 0-1 <br /> OFFICE DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois , commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance , <br /> and all the provisions , regulations , restrictions and requirements <br /> therein set forth shall apply to the premises above-described <br /> herein. <br /> Section 4. That the zoning of said premises as set out herein <br /> shall be shown and verified on the District Zoning Map as in such <br /> Ordinance No. 3512 provided and said Districts be, and they are <br /> hereby, amended and changed as herein set forth. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED this � °�"' day of <br /> �'`� �,—� , 19 7 6 . <br /> ATTEST: MAYO <br /> CITY CLERK <br />
