/ <br /> M��RpF1tME� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. -� <br /> AN ORDINANCE RESTRICTING LEFT TURNS <br /> PERSHING ROAD <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs or markings are <br /> provided giving notice thereof, no eastbound driver shall make <br /> a left turn off of Pershing Road north onto Broadway Street <br /> except when facing a green turn arrow. <br /> Section 2 . That any person, firm or corporation who <br /> shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon <br /> conviction, be fined not less than One Dollar ($1.00) nor more <br /> than Two Hundred Dollars ($200 .00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3 .
