ROBERTSON to rezone premises described as : A part of Lot Four (4) of Video Place, as per Plat recorded in Book 300, page 162 of the Records in the Recorder 's Office of Macon County, Illinois, more particularly described as follows : Beginning at an iron pin, 6U5.1 feet North and 140.0 feet East of the center of Section Twenty-two (22) , Township Sixteen (16) North, Ran�e Two (2) East of the 3rd P .M. ; thence North 89 46'00" East , 1047. .54 feet along a line parallel with the South line of Lot 4 of Video Place, to an Iron Pin on the Westerly Right of Way line of the Illinois Central Railroad; thence South 28°14'30" West , 170.64 feet along aforesaid Right of Way line to an Iron Pin; thence South 89°46'00" West , 967 .36 feet to an Iron Pin; thence North 0�26'28" East , 150.00 feet along a line parallel with the West line of the South West 4 of the North fiast 4 of said Section 22 to the point of beginning , (Except coal and other minerals underlying the surface of said land and all rights and easements in favor of the Estate of said coal and other minerals) . Situated in Macon County, Illinois ; from M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT to M-2 HEAVY INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT; and, ��lI-IEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be granted. NOtnl, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR , ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved.
