A. Carr's Addition to the City of <br /> Decatur, as per Plat recoxded in Sook 149 page 389 of the <br /> Records in the RecardeY's Of'fice of Macoa County, Illinois; <br /> thence West along the Alorth lot lines of Lots 1 through 5, <br /> inclusive, of said Carr Place to the northwest corner of <br /> �aid Lot 5; thence North 16 feet to the Sc�uth line of Lot <br /> 7 in B1ock 4 of W.
