WI-IEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Decatur, Illinois, the sworn petition of PERSHING MOBILE I�ME SALES, INC,, A Corporation, requesting that premises described as: The South 100 feet of the East Half of the Northeast Quar- ter and the East 240 feet of the South 100 feet of the West Half ot the Northeast Quarter, all in Section 35, Township 17 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd Principal Meridian, Macon County, I1linois; also, all parts of public highways therein or lying next and adjacent thereto; be annexed to the City of Decatur, Illinois; and, WHEREAS, it is shown by affic�avit that said petition is signed by all of the owners of record of premises in said above described property and that there are no electors residing therein; and, WF�REAS, said territory is contiguous to the City of Decatux, Illinois, and is not a part of any City, Village, Incorporated Tb�nm or other M�.inicipality; and, WI-IGREAS, notice of intention to �ake action on annexation of said territory has been given as provided by statute. NOW, 1HEREFORE� BE IT ORDAINED BY THE O�UNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the said territory hereinabove described be, and the same is hereby, annexed to and is hereby, incorporated into the limits of the City of Decatur, Illinois, a municipal corporation. Section 2. That a plat of said annexed premi�es is attached here- to and made a part hereof. Section 3. That the City Clerk cause certified copies oi` this or- dinance to be respectively filed with the CountyClerk anci recorded by tY� Recorder of Deeds of Macon County, Illinois.
