That when a ppropriate signs are erected ' <br /> giving notice thereof, the driver of a vehicle on Phillips Drive <br /> approaching East C�ove Road from the North shall stop and yield , <br /> the right-of-way to vehicles on East Grove Ro ad which have enter- i <br /> ed the intersection of said streets or which are approaching so I <br /> closely thereto as to constitute an immediate hazard, but said <br /> driver having so stopped and yielded the right-of-way may proceed <br /> at such time as a safe interval occurs. <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who <br /> shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon <br /> conviction, be fined not less than One Dollar ($1.00) nor more than <br /> Tcw Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3. That the prov isions of all ordinances in con- <br /> flict with the provisions of this ordirr�nce which insofar as the same <br /> do conflict there with be, and the same are hereby, repealed. <br /> Section 4.
