ARNOLD to re- <br /> zone preaises described as set forth in Sxhibit A hereto attached <br /> and hereby made a part hereof, from M-1 LIQ-1T INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT <br /> to M-2 HEAVY INDUSTRIAL D�STRICT; and, <br /> WHERfiAS, the Decatur City Plan Comnission recomaended <br /> that the prayer of said petition be granted; <br /> NOW, THfiRBFORS, Bfi IT ORD�AINSD BY THB COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DfiGATUR, ILLINOISs <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City <br /> Plan Commission be, and the same is he reby, received, place d on <br /> file, and approved. <br /> Sectian 2. That said described premises be, and they <br /> are hereby, rezoned from M-1 LIG�FIr INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT to M-2 HfiAVY - <br /> INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3.
