Route 135 (now designated as F.A.I.Route 72) as recorded in Plat Book 300, page 410 in the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon Count�, Illinais; thence VJesterly along a line 17� feet right of and para].lel with the centerline of F.A, Route 135 to 170 feet right of Station 126+00; thence Westerly along a straight line to 125 feet right of Station 114+00; thence Westerly along a line 125 feet right of and parallel with the centerline of F.A. Route 135 to a point on the [n�st line of the E 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 22, said point being 125 feet right of Station 113+45.66 rezoning from R-1 Single Famil.y Residence District to R-3 Single Family Residence I7istrict, and WHEREAS the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be granted, NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Council o:E the City of Decatur, Illinois: Section 1.
