That the report and recommendation of the Decatur <br /> City Plan Commission be, and the same are hereby, received, placed on � <br /> file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the aforesaid R-5 Residence Development Plan , <br /> authorized as aforesaid foz the development of said described prem ises <br /> be, and the same is here by, modified and petitioners, they being the de- <br /> velopers of said premises be, and they are hereby, authori2ed to construct <br /> on the premises aforesaid in the manner set out in Exhibit A hereto attached <br /> and here by made a part hereof, the same being entitled Zdentification Sign <br /> Plan, Carriage House of I�ecatur, Date: Sept. 13, 1972, sho�vn thereon in <br /> the manner set out therein and said Plan be, and the same is hereby, modi- <br /> fied and amended in accordance ther ewith. <br /> � <br /> ! <br /> . � <br />
