. � <br /> __ r� j , ✓ <br /> ,Y <br /> ORDINANCE NO. �L � I <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS, on the 7th day of October, 1971, after notice as <br /> required by law and orc�inance , the Decatur City Plan Commission held <br /> a public hearing upon the petition of ARTHUR R. CHEATHAM to rezone <br /> premises described as : <br /> The North 90 feet of Lot 3 of G. L. Davis Addition, <br /> as per Plat recorded in Book 300, page 199 of the <br /> Records in the Recorder 's Office of Macon County, <br /> I llino is ; <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAPdILY RESIDENCE DIS'TRICT to R-2 SINGLE FAMILY RESI- <br /> DENCE DISTR ICT; a nd <br /> WHERERS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of sa id petition be denied. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TF-� COUNCIL OF THB CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of' the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, disapproved. <br /> Section 2. That said above described premises be, and the y <br /> are hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-2 <br /> SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those <br /> districts set forth and defined in Orciinance No. 3512 of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the 7oning Ordinan ce, and all the <br /> provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set forth <br /> shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4.
