BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> r ILLINOIS: <br /> " Section 1. That u�en appropriate signs are erected giv- <br /> � ing notice thereof, the drivers of vehicles approaching Ellen A�enue <br /> from either direction on Cushing Street shall yield the right-of-way <br /> to any vehicle in the intersection of said streets or approaching the <br /> same so closely as to constitute an immediate hazard. <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who shall <br /> violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, <br /> be fined not less than One Dollar ($1 .00) nor more than Two Hundred <br /> Dollars ($2a0.00) for each offense . <br /> Section 3.
