✓ <br /> ORDINANCE NO. � C � � <br /> ORDZNANCE F_STABLISHING STOP INTERSECTION - <br /> MiJELLER AND BRUSH OOLLEGE ROAD <br /> BE IT ORDAIiVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOI�: <br /> ` Section l. That when appropriate signs are erected giv- <br /> , ing notice thereof, the driver of a vehicle on Mueller Street ap- <br /> proaching Brush College Road from the east shall stop and yield the <br /> right-of-way to vehicles on Brush Callege Road which have entered the <br /> intersection of said streets or which are approaching so closely there- <br /> to as to co nstitute an immediate hazard, but said driver having so <br /> stopped and yielded the right-of-way may proceed at such time as a sate <br /> interval occurs. <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corpozation who shall <br /> violate any of the provisions hereof shall, upon conviction, be fined <br /> not less than One Dollar ($1.00) nor more than Two Hundred Dollars <br /> ($200.00) for each offense . <br /> Section 3.
