, , r✓ <br /> � ► <br /> ORDINANCE NO.�� �� <br /> AN ORDINANCE GRANTING S PECIAL USE PERMIT - <br /> R-3 NURSERY SCHOOL <br /> Wf�REAS, on the 2nd day of September, 1971, after notice as <br /> required by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission held <br /> a public hearing upon the petition of DAVID B. REED and KAREN K. REED <br /> for a special use permit to operate a nursery school on the following <br /> described premises in the City of Decatur, Illinois : <br /> Lot 66 of the Resurvey of Lot B of South Shores 12th <br /> Addition, as per Plat recorded in Book 300, page 191 <br /> of the Records in the Recorder 's Office of Macon <br /> County, Illinois; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did recommend that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted an d did file a report with this <br /> Council in support of said recommendation. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS. <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation and report of the Decatur <br /> City Plan Commission aforesaid be received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, such ; <br /> permit be, and it is hereby, granted to David B. Reed and Karen K. Reed <br /> to operate a nursery school for not more than four (4) children on the ! <br /> above described premise s. i <br /> Section 3. That said permit be, and it is hereby, conditioned <br /> as provided in Section XXI. A. 1. (1-6) of the Zoning Ordinance of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, the same being Ordinance No. 3512, as amended, <br /> and upon the further condition that said premises be maintained with the <br /> existing improvements thereon as shown by the plot plan thereof hereto I <br /> attached and hereby made a part hereof, and that there be obtained for the I <br /> premises and the school operated therein and thereon such applicable li- ' <br /> censes as may be required and the same meet and conf orm with all necessary I <br /> and reasonable requirements of the applicable rules and regulations of the j <br /> State of Illinois with regard to the operation of such schools an d should <br /> petitioners fail to perform any or all of the aforesaid conditions, this ! <br />
