,, ` . , <br /> ; , �# ' <br /> ORDI NANCE NO. ����-- <br /> AN ORDINANCE MODIFYING R-5 RESIDENCE <br /> DEVELOPMENT PLAN-MOUNDFORD TERRACE. <br /> WHEREAS, on the 5th day of August, 1971, after notice as <br /> required by law and ordina nce, the Decatur City Plan Commission held <br /> a public hearing upon the petition of ROY PROCK ANDOTHERS to modify <br /> the R-5 Residence Development Plan as theretofore authorized by Ordi- <br /> nance No. 5033 and theretofore amended and modified by Ordinance No. <br /> 5183 as to premises described as: <br /> Beginning at a point on the South line of Lot A of <br /> Moundford First Addition, as recorded in Book 1405, <br /> page 105, of the Records in the Recorder's Office <br /> of Macon County, Illinois, said point being 638.44 <br /> feet West of the Southeast corner thereof; thence <br /> North 0 degrees East, 157.73 feet; thence North 90 <br /> degrees fiast 191.99 feet; thence North O degrees West <br /> 163.60 feet; thence North 89 degrees 54 minutes 10 <br /> seconds East 442.48 feet to the Bast line of said Lot <br /> A; thence South 0 degrees 42 minutes 30 seconds East <br /> 321.02 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot A; <br /> thence South 89 degrees 54 minutes 10 seconds West <br /> 638.44 feet to the point of beginning, containing 3.97 <br /> acres, more or less, <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its <br /> findings and did recommend that the prayer of said petition be granted <br /> and that the modification of said R-5 Residence Development Plan be <br /> authorized as requested therein. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the r�port and recommendation of the Decatur <br /> City Plan Commission be, and the same are here by, received, placed on <br /> file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the aforesaid R-5 Residence Development Plan <br /> authorized as aforesaid for the development of said described premises <br /> in accordance therewith as the same was heretofore modified be, and the <br /> same is hereby, further modified and petitioners, they being the develop- <br /> ers of said premises, be, and they are hereby, authoriaed to construct <br /> on the premises aforesaid in the manner set out in Exhibit A hereto at- <br /> tached and hereby made a part hereof, the same being entitled Site Plan, <br /> Moundford Terrace Phase II, the streets, side walks, curb and gutter, <br /> buildings, se�rs, drains and drainage ways, water mains, utilities and <br /> parking areas shown thereon in the manner set out therein and said Plan <br /> be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended in accordance therewith. <br />
