S+��3 <br /> AN ORDINAIdCE ANNEXING TERRIT�ORY T�0 THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS. <br /> WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois , the sworn petition of SOUTH SHORES Dfi- <br /> VELOPA�NT OORPORATION, requesting that premises described as: <br /> The West 332.8 feet of the South 530.4 feet of <br /> the Southeast QuaYter of the Southeast Quarter <br /> and the fiast 330 feet of the Sou theast Quarter <br /> of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quar- <br /> ter all in Section 26, Township 16 North, Range <br /> 2 East of the 3rd P.M. <br /> be annexed to the City of Decatur, Zllinois; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is shown by affidavit that said petition is <br /> signed by all of the owners of record of premises in said above <br /> described property and that there are no electors residing therein; <br /> and <br /> WI�REAS, said territory is contiguous to the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, and is not a part of any city, village, incorporated town <br /> or other municipality; and <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action on annexatio n of <br /> said territory has been given as provided by statute. <br /> NOW THE�FORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the said territory hereinabove described be, <br /> and the same is he reby, annexed to and is hereby, incorporated into <br /> the limits of the City of Decatur, Illinois, a municipal corporation. <br /> Section 2. That a plat of said annexed premises i$ attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. ' <br /> Section 3.
