That Ordinance No. 4531, passed December 6, 1965, <br /> be, and the same is hereby, amended by substituting in Sxhibit A thereof <br /> the respective provisions set opposit� the following designated sections <br /> and sub-sections in lieu of the provisions of said respective sections and <br /> sub-sections as contained in said exhibit: <br /> II. D. "The System will be designed to provide video <br /> carrier levels of not less than 1414 microvolts <br /> (+3 dbmv) as measured across '75 ohms at the <br /> subscriber 's terminal. " <br /> II. F. �'The Systeffi �ill be designed to provide an aerial, <br /> direct burial or approved underground conduit cable <br /> system. ►► <br /> II . I. "The hum-�odulation of picture signals will be less <br /> than 1 1/29G. " <br /> II. J. "The Syst�m shall use impedance matched coffiponents <br /> having a VSWR (Voltage Standing Wave Ratio) of not <br /> more than 1.38:1. " <br /> II. K. "The 5ystem shall b� capable of providing up to 20 <br /> channels of TV to all subscribers connected thereto <br /> and such television signals shall be frec? of notice- <br /> able degradation �rhen signals i�apressed upon the <br /> trans�ission system at the point of origin. " <br /> III. A. "Aerial coaxial cables used in the system will contain <br /> a solid aluminum, or aluminum with a bonded, lapped <br /> aluminum outer conductor. Underground coaxial cables <br /> used in the system will be solid seamless aluminwn <br /> sheath protected, with a layer of floo ding compound, <br /> standard polyethylene jacket, steel-tape armor over- <br /> lapped, sealed to itself, and to an overall heavy <br /> black high aolecular w�eight polyethylene jacket . <br /> III. B.1. "1/4 inch AT & T Grade, galvanized zinc coating A, <br /> 7 wire strand having a minimum breaking strength <br /> of 6,000 pounds, will be used for pole spans. " <br />
