That when appropriate signs are erected <br /> � giving notice thezeof, the drivers of vehicl�s approaching East <br /> Cleveland fro�a either direction on South l�th Street shall yield <br /> the right-of-way to any vehicle in the inte�,aection of said <br /> streets or approaching th� sane so closely as to constitute an <br /> immediate ha2ard. <br /> Section 2. That any person, f irs or corporation who <br /> shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon <br /> conviction, be fined not less than One Dollar ($1.00) nor more <br /> than Two Hundred Dollars { $200.00) for each offense . <br /> Section 3.
