� 4 � <br /> . . .�t` � s <br /> V <br /> ORDINANCE NO. `-� -�' -3�1 <br /> ORDINANCE RE7ANING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS, on the lst day of .�nly,� 1971, after notice as re- <br /> quired by law and ordinance , the Decatur City Plan Commission held <br /> a public hearing upon the petition of LEONARD HOSTETLER to rezone <br /> premises described as follows: <br /> Lot Four (4) of Camp and EmYich's 2nd Addition of Out- <br /> lots to the City of Decatur, Illinois, as per Plat re- <br /> corded in Book 335 Pages 620 and 621 of the Records in <br /> the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, except <br /> the North 112.5 feet thereof; <br /> from R-3 SINGLE �AMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL <br /> DISTRICT;and <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the <br /> prayer of said petition be denied . <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF T�iE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is he reby, disapproved. <br /> Section 2. That said above described premises be, and they <br /> are hereby, rezoned from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDE1VCfi DISTFICT to M-1 <br /> LIC�iT I1�IDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those <br /> districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and all the <br /> provisions, regulatinns, restrictions and requirements therein set forth <br /> shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4.
