J��C ; AN ORDINANCE REZANING PROPERTY WHEREAS, on the 4th day of March, 1971, after notice as re- quired by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Coirmiission held a public hearing upon the petition of MEDICENTERS OF AN�RICA, INC., to rezone premises described as: A part of the Southeast Quarter (SE 4), North�st Quarter (NW4) of Section 24, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M. , Decatur, Macon County, Illinois, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the west right-of-way line of State Bond issue Route No. 48 with the south line of Michigan Avenue as per Plat of Lakeside Club Addition, Decatur, Illinois, recorded in Book 300, Page 91 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; Thence southwest 76.15 feet along said west right- of-way line to the point of curve; Thence southwesterly along said westerly right-of- way line on a curve to the right having a radius of 667.4 feet for an arch distance of 556.80 feet to the Decatur Water Supply Co. property; Thence northwesterly 108.80 feet along the easterly line of said Decatur Water Supply Co. property; Thence northeasterly 455.40 feet to a point on the south line of aforesaid Michigan Avenue; Thence East 200.00 feet along said south line tp the place of beginning. from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT; and , WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be granted. i NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINE D BY THE COUNCZL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, approved. Section 2. That said above described premises be, and the same are hereby, rezoned from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT.
