That the Regula�r Municipal Election to be <br /> held pursuant to la w be, and the saae is hereby, call�d to be <br /> held in and for the City of Decatur, County of Macon, and State <br /> of Illinois, on the 20th day of April, 1971, for the purpose <br /> of electing th� following, to-wit: <br /> One foz the office of Mayror of s�►id City; and, <br /> Three for th� office of Councilnen of said City. <br /> Section 2.
