- � r . <br /> +. „� �,, <br /> ., .- <br /> r � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. sy �O � <br /> AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY <br /> TO THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS <br /> WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, the sworn petition of CRESTHAVEN COUIVTRY <br /> CLUB, INC. , requesting that premises described as: <br /> The South one-half ('-�) of the North East <br /> one-fourth (4) of the North West one-four.th <br /> (4) of Section 27. Township 17 North, Range 2 <br /> East of the 3rd P.M. <br /> be annexed to the City of Decatur, Illinois; and <br /> WHfiREAS, it is shown by affidavit that said petition is signed <br /> by all of the owners of record of premises in said above described <br /> property and that there are no electors residing therein, and <br /> WHEREAS, said territory is contiguous to the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, and is not a part of any City, Village , Incorporated Town <br /> or Other Municipality; and <br /> WHERfiAS, notice of intention to take action on annexation of <br /> said territory has been given as provided by statute. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE I2 ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TI-IE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the said territory hereinabove described <br /> be, and the same is hereby, annexed to and is hereby, incorporated into <br /> the limits of the City of Decatur , Illinois, a municipal corporation. <br /> Section 2, That a plat of said annexed premises is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof . <br /> Section 3.
