That the Regular Municipal Primary Slection <br /> to be held pursuant to law, be, and the sa ne is hereby, called to <br /> be held in and for the City of Decatur, Coc�nty of Macon, and State <br /> of Illinois, om the 23rd day of February, 1971, for the purpose <br /> of nominating the following, to-wit: <br /> Two for the offic� of Mayor of said City; and <br /> Siac for the office of Councilmen of �aid City. <br /> Section 2. That the l�gal voters of said City shall vote <br /> in the respective election precincts as now esta blished in which <br /> they reaide, at the polling place ahown for the particular election I' <br /> precir�ct aa aet out is� the list hezeto attached and aade a part <br /> h�reof and narked "List of Polling Places and Addresses Thereof.
