S��P AN ORDINANCB ANNfiXING TfiRRITORY ENTIRELY SURROUI�TDSD BY THE CITY LIMITS OF DECATUR i�REAS, certain unincorporated territory desczibed a$ followss Beginning at the intersection of the aortherly right- of-way line of the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad with the west line of Section 21, To�ship 16 North, Range 3 fiast of the 3rd P.M. ; thence north 50.18 feet along the west line of said Section 21; thence deflecting east at an angle of 90 degzees 22 minutes 10 seconds for a distance of 152.2 feet; thence deflecting s�outh at an angle of 90 d�grees for a distance of 100 feet to the northerly right-of-way line of the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad; thence northwesterly 159.81 feet along the �aid northerly right-of-way line to the point of beqinning; is wholly bounded and surrounded by the boundaries of the City of Decatur, Illinois; and WHBRfiAS, such territory is less than sixty (60) acres in area; and t�REAS, the Council finds that such territory �hould be annexed to th� said City of Decatur, Illinois; and �iEREAS, natice of the contemplated annexation of said terri- tory has been given as provided by law.
