", � � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. �T-�.t � <br /> ORDINANCE REGULATING VEHICULAR TRAFFIC - <br /> NORTH WATER STREET <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS; <br /> Section 1. That vehicular traffic of every nature, including <br /> motor vehicles, motorcycles, motor driven cycles, unicycles, bicycles, <br /> tricycles, sidewalk bicycles, skates and similar devices, but excluding <br /> authorized emergency vehicles, authori2ed maintenance vehicles, hand trucks <br /> or carts, strollers, walkers and wheel chairs be, and the same are hereby, <br /> prohibited upon, and no person shall operate, ride, push or use <br /> the same on, North Water Street betv�en the north curb line of North Park <br /> Street and said north curb line extended west and the south curb line of <br /> fiast William Street, or between the north curb line of East William Street <br /> and the south curb line of fiast North Street. <br /> Section 2. That on North Water Street between the north curb line <br />', of fiast Main Street and the south curb line of fiast Eldorado Street, <br /> except for the portions thereof set out in Section 1 of this Ordinance, <br /> vehicular traffic be, and the same is hereby, permitted but only between <br /> and within the curbs of said North Water Street, and the curbs of the <br /> streets intersecting the same, which curb lines designate the portions <br /> thereof provided and intended to be used for vehicular traf�ic. <br /> Section 3. That any person, firm or corporation who shall vio- <br /> late any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be <br /> fined not le ss than One Do11ar ($1.00) nor more than Two Humdred Dollars <br /> ($200.00) for each offense. <br />
