Wh�n signs are erected giving notice thcreof, <br /> North Water Street between North Park Street and South Park Street <br /> is hereby established as a one-way street south bound and all ve- <br /> hicles traveling on said street must travel south. <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who shall <br /> violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon convic- <br /> tion, be fine d not less tha n One Dollar ($1.00) nor more than Two <br /> Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3.
