v <br /> ORDI NANCE NO. �� /5 � <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING BUS STOPS <br /> SE IT ORDAINED BY ZHE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS; <br /> Section 1. That in accordance wi th, and subject to, <br /> the applicable provisions of Chapter 30 of the City Code, when <br /> appropriate signs are installed thereat giving notice thereof, <br /> the following areas be, and they are hereby, designated bus <br /> stops: <br /> 1. the north side of North Park Street from North <br /> Franklin Street to North Water Street. <br /> 2. the north side of East Prairie Street from North <br /> tnlater Street West to the East line of the alley extending <br /> northerly from East Prairie Street and between North Main and <br /> North Water Streets. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Public Works be, and <br /> he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the existing park- <br /> ing meters now located in the areas aforesaid and to install the <br /> required signs giving the notice aforesaid and to take and perform <br /> such other actions or acts as may be necessary to carry out the in- <br /> tent and purpose of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3.
