,� � � � "� � <br /> . � <br /> ORDI NANCE NO, s���— <br /> AN ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br /> WHEREAS, on the 4th day of June, 1970, after notice as re- <br /> quired by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission com- <br /> menced a hearing which was continued to and resumed on June 12, <br />' 1970, upon the petition of THE CTTY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS, for a <br /> special permit to allow the construction of a water storage tank <br /> and other city and governmental buildings and structures and to <br /> use for other governmental purposes premises commonly known as <br /> 2755 East William Street and more particularly described as: <br /> Lot 2 of Assessor's Subdivision of the South Half <br /> (S 1/2) of Lot 2 of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) <br /> of Section 18, Township 16 North, Range 3 East of <br /> the 3rd P.M. as per Plat recorded in Book 22, Page <br /> 43 of the Records of the Recorder 's Office of Macon <br /> County, Illinois ; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did recommend <br /> that such permission be granted and said special use permit issued. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOI S; <br /> Section 1. That the report and recommendatio n of The Decatur <br /> City Plan Commission be received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
